Mission Statement

Healing Hearts Collective is a community of Native professionals, relatives, and advocates committed to ending workplace abuse and retaliation in spaces meant to uplift our people. Our mission is to promote healing, justice, and accountability through collective storytelling, leadership support, and community driven change. We are dedicated to collaboratively transforming policy to empower current and future generations of Native professionals to thrive in safe, healthy, and respectful work environments. By holding harmful leaders accountable and uplifting emerging voices, we’re building a future where Native leadership truly serves and strengthens our communities.

Vision Statement

We envision a future where Native professionals thrive in every space they enter — where their voices are honored, their safety is protected, and their leadership is nurtured. A future where Indigenous-led organizations are grounded in accountability, integrity, and collective care.

We are committed to uplifting and mentoring emerging native professionals, preparing them to navigate professional spaces with confidence, awareness, and support. Just as importantly, we stand beside those who have experienced harm, advocating for survivors of workplace abuse and helping them reclaim their power, their peace, and their rightful place in our communities.

Through intergenerational healing, education, and structural change, we’re working to end cycles of harm and create a world where every Native professional can lead, heal, and rise.
